Everything was superb, so were panoramic views of the valley. Our room was comfy and cosy, had down pillows. Perfect location and thoughtful staff were a definite plus. Nothing to complain about, the venue met requirements, can recommend it.

Stayed for just one day and can say this place is absolutely gorgeous! It's conveniently close to both the grand taxi stand and a beautiful rose garden 🌹. Plus, being right in the heart of the city made it super convenient to get around.

Kasbah Chems offers jaw-dropping views and rich cultural experiences. The family running the kasbah is wonderfully helpful and organized activities like walks and live Berber music. The breakfast on the terrace with delicious local food and hand-picked flowers is a special treat. The staff, especially Mustapha, goes above and beyond to enhance guests' experiences.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The place was quite interesting, with beautiful views and a cozy room. The staff was polite and the service was perfect, leaving the guests free to go on a trek organized by them and lead by a local guide. The food was prepared well and the room facilities were good.
There was a lack of proper communication with guests, with no clear directions offered regarding the trek. The location was quite far from the city centre, which made the trek quite tiring.

The food was amazing and fresh, with delicious local specialties. We also enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty and the peace and quiet of being away from the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home.
The room was quite small and cramped, with limited storage space and few amenities. the bed was also uncomfortable and made for a restless night's sleep.
